We got vaccinated and we recorded a podcast all about our experience! We share why we decided to get the vaccine, what made us feel safe, and how we both felt after the first + second dose.

We understand that vaccines are personal and we respect everyone’s choice to do what is best for their own body. We made our choice to vaccinate, not only for ourselves, but because we felt a responsibility to be a part of the collective public health initiative. Since we host a podcast where we discuss all things courageous wellness — we wanted to share our own personal experience with getting the vaccine!
