Kailey Donewald, Founder of Sacred Serve, Talks Healing Yourself with Nutrition, Self Care, and Developing a Delicious Plant Based Gelato

Today on the podcast we have a conversation with Kailey Donewald the founder of "Sacred Serve" a line of plant-powered Gelato. After years of struggling with debilitating allergies and asthma and hearing doctors tell her that she would have to take medicine her entire life, Kailey healed herself through food while living in Indonesia. 

Kailey returned home to Chicago and was on a mission to help people heal through food too -- and created Sacred Serve. Sacred Service is a plant-powered gelato that is focused on adding function into the frozen aisle. Kailey wants to remind people that food is here to nourish our bodies. With a base of organic young coconut meat mixed with superfoods, adaptogenic herbs and medicinal mushrooms, a creamy gelato is born and packed with plant-based nutrition -- and it’s super delicious too! We are big fans and really enjoyed hearing about Kailey’s personal journey in wellness, healing through food, and her entrepreneur journey!
